Perhaps Charley C would still be running the show if Jack were still around. Snyder has already admitted that getting rid of Charley was a big mistake.

Everyone wanted him gone too. Too many bad draft picks such as Shuler and Westbrook. Then there was the loosing seasons that Snyder did not like something we were not used to back then.
