That's one of the reasons Gibbs has such a special place in Redskins' fans hearts. We know that he's going to bust his tail as our coach, and turning around this team and franchise is all-consuming for him.

If he fails in his second term here (which I highly doubt), it certainly won't be for a lack of effort on his part, and to me that's all we can ask.

Great point. It sure beats Spurrier saying things like "Jim Haslett puts in long hours, and it doesn't seem to do him a whole lot of good."

Gotta love it when your coach puts his all into it and takes it personally.

Great Post. I believe he will deliver a Super bowl as a result. I personally think the plan is for Joe to win the big one, one more time and give the reins to Greg Williams. That would suit me fine.
