I have to say white boys acting like that is giving our fans a bad reputation. on other nfc east forums i go to, they compare our fans to those dtc peeps. this is why nobody likes redskins fans.

I actually agree with you I saw this in a another team board and they were making fun of them and their image. Also well that hurt all of you because they are acting like "hillbillies" and you know like power group.... that leads to racial problems, agresion, zero tolerance etc... and can hurt the image of the team.

Any type of extremist is bad for every group say team, religion, race etc... does are the people that leed to more serious problems because their mind gets so narrow that they don't accept other ways of life of point of view.

Whats even worse is that they are tryng to portrai another race and etnicithy lenguage or lingo as there movesetc... wich makes them look as dumb as they sound sorry if I can't express it in a different way...

I've always felt that way. Extremism hurts many.

There will come time--sooner than later IMHO-- when there is a gang like shooting a football game out in the parking lot

Home teams fans have gone as far as to justify their behavior verbally and physiclly because an opposing teams fans has the "audcaity" to wear an opposing jersey and cheer for their respective team "In their House"

home teams fans have crossed the line for a while now, verbally and many times physically assaulting opposing teams and there will be a vigilante type retaliation by one (or many)--All because of foolish pride

The "its a war" philosophy mentality (briefly squashed by the 9/11 tragedy) has gone from on the field to off the field

Look at how the NFL has promoted itself..."we must protect this house" "its all for the fans" giving the fans more empowerment than they deserve--and too many fans take this so seriously they actually believe a football game is life and death...a war--not just entertainment

The table has been set for a while and its only a matter of when a tragedy occurs

you mean like how soccers gone? where they cage in their fans and put up hundreds of cameras and police officers to stop preplanned post-game brawls? Some people don't even get charged till 6 months later ;)

It's sad that the whole "Jerry Springer/WWE mentality" is becoming so pervasive throughout many NFL stadiums.

It used to be that you would go to a game and perhaps be a little put-off by the obnoxious drunk guy sitting near you that spent most of the game hurling obscenities at the players. And while guys like that can still ruin other fans' game experiences, that guy is a minor nuisance compared to the real and significant threat that dangerously overzealous fans like those found in Philly or "The Black Hole" in Oakland represent to the safety and security of the civilized fan.

I don't know anyone in the DTC, nor have I heard or seen anything they've done (outside of the photos on their site) that would lead me to believe they're anywhere near as bad as the worst perpetrators of fan-on-fan aggression, but the tone of their discussions and the photos on their site lead me to believe they'd like to "elevate" themselves to that level.

If the death of sportsmanship is a sign of the Apocalypse, I guess the DTC is our messenger that the pale horse just galloped into our Nation's Capital.

I think they WANT someone to swing at them. It doesn't look like they ever start anything physically but they WANT it to happen...

...and then drive their Mom's Taurus with the 15"s in the back. Icy Hot Stuntaz style!

Yeah I can see your point. Especially what I hear about the fans in Philly. However, I have heard that they have been pretty rough on visiting fans for years.
