is anyone on here a lawyer. I live in NJ and i would like to know if it is possible to sue the NFL and ESPN/ABC over this shit. I think the Giant game should be moved to a local channel like the pre-season. Me and a bunch of friends both dallas and skins are curious about filling a lawsuite.

Sounds good. But on what grounds. Did you allready pay to watch the game? I doubt it.
You can at least try writing them a complaint

Ya got no grounds kid.
Perhaps false advertising. It would be difficult to prove damages, though.

There are rules governing broadcast companies licensed to uses public airwaves. You can certainly contact a lawyer and see what they can do.

seem like a total waste of time, considering any real legal action would take a year, so you'll be missing the game anyways.
