All I can say is ouch. . .
Cameron collides with Beltran in outfield (http://mlb.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/news/article.jsp?ymd=20050811&content_id=1166603&vkey=news_mlb&fext=.jsp&c_id=mlb)
Once there, you can click on the video. It has it full speed, and a few slo-mo replays...

That was sick,I hope they both recover fully. I know Cameron was injured pretty badly.

I had heard about that, but thats the first time I had actually seen it. That was a nasty collision.

I think they put Cameron immediately on the 15 day DL but Beltran might only miss a day. Who says baseball isn't a contact sport?

Yeah I haven't seen a collision like that in a long time. Gonna take Cameron longer with multiple fractures, but over paid Beltran will be out probally a day or two.

Cameron broke his nose, had multiple fractures of both cheekbones and a concussion. The right fielder was placed on the 15-day disabled list immediately after the game
``You always think, in baseball, nothing like this ever happens. But this goes to show you that at any second, everything can change. He told me, `Other than my face, I'm fine.' So he'll be all right. We're in California -- and they've got the best plastic surgeons here.''
They'll both be fine but I doubt either of them will be ready to dive for another ball really soon.
