Just wanted to find out if any of you know if the Redskins preseason games are going to be televised in Southern California. Last year, the games were televised on the WB (channel 5) with Theismann and Bostic doing the color. Very odd, but cool. Anyone know if this is happening again?

yes, they will be on TV this Saturday, 8/13 on channel 5 at 5pm PDT. This is the only Redskin game televised on channel 5 this year, all other games will involve the Rams.

My understanding is that the NFL network will televise every preseason game not broadcast nationally by other channels.
Anybody got the inside scoop for this saturday's game vs. Carolina? Live out in Seattle and I need to program the Tivo!!:biggthump

Answered my own question...panthers, skins game will be hosted on the NFL network...
Long and short of it...if not televised nationally as listed on this site (only preseason games):
http://www.nfl.com/schedules/tv/national
Then Nfl network should televise the game.
panthers, skins will be on at 4pm EST on Monday August 15. Delayed, yes I know but if you are a true fan it doesn't matter!
Tivo here I come!
