Last year, the games were televised on the WB (channel 5) with Theismann and Bostic doing the color. Very odd, but cool. Long and short of it...if not televised nationally as listed on this site (only preseason games): http://www.nfl.com/schedules/tv/national Then Nfl network should televise the game. panthers, skins will be on at 4pm EST on Monday August 15.
