Ever sense they have changed their site I have not been able to play any highlight film. I can get them to come up but I'm unable to get them to play. My computer skills are not that good but if anyone could help I would be grateful.

firstdown, I thought that maybe you were the one who was not allowed to install RealPlayer on your computer. That's the first thing you need installed. Just click this link:

http://www.real.com/R/RDX.downloadr_2.R/software-dl.real.com/0843fe0b329f541bc517/windows/rdxstub/dlrhap_bb/RealPlayer10-5GOLD_bb.exe

That'll download RealPlayer and should enable you to view the videos.

I have real player and I think its a DL connection. I was able to play film prior to their changing the site and usualy have no problems playing other film like on CNN etc. My system is one provided by my company which is very quick. The conection line has its own little box in the back of my office. For example when I come to this site it takes about 2 to 3 seconds to come up.

What browser are you using? I think at one time I suggested using Firefox. Have you tried that?

Ahhhh! I see what the deal is. They are now using Macromedia Flash to play the videos as opposed to RealPlayer. http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/triggerpages_mmcom/flash.html

Try that website and install Flash Player.

Don't worry about Firefox. I think the real problem is that they are now Flash based. Try downloading from that link and I think it will work.
