If thosee numbers are accurate, I'm sure this contract will be similarly structured. Those are not scary numbers for a backup over the next few years. Any thoughts? I'm sure some of those escalators are "Powerball incentives", where his base in Year 2 goes up if he makes the Pro Bowl in Year 1. Hopefully, the speculation will end soon when the details come out.
