I want it to be Ramsey, but I think Palmer stands the best chance of having a huge year. I mean the guy played pretty darn well in his rookie season and now with a year working with the offense has the chance to really excell. And if Harrington lives up to the hopes of the Lions when he came out of college, he has the offensive weapons around him to have a probowl type year. Ramsey is already more confident than I've ever seen him present himself and the deepthreat receivers and the comfort Ramsey will have with Cooley as his relief valve should help him dramatically. I am just a little apprehensive after watching him be very sporadic the last 2 years to put my complete faith in him yet.
Palmer didn't play at all in his rookie season but I see what you're saying. He seems to have a good future.

Keep underestimating us. Please.
I'm happy everyone thinks we suck and they can write us off. People think we're the soft spot on their schedule and pencil in a win without showing up. This is going to help us.
Boller plays for an "offensive genius" so of course he's got to be on the list...blah
Harrington really should have a good year. Hell, I could throw to those guys and have a good year.
Whatever.

I personally think Ramsey fits the 'breakout' mold. Another QB waiting in the wings, several years of inconsistent play but great potential. Completely overlooked by all the 'experts' as a player that has what it takes.
This time last year when you mentioned the name Drew Brees, it was only an afterthought to Philip Rivers and his mega contract that he was wanting.

Boller and Harrington stink - it's about time for the "experts" to give up on them.
Ramsey is going to improve, but Palmer is going to be the breakout QB of the year.

I can see that, or even David Carr. I think he could really take off this year. What I don't get is how Boller is even on the list, let alone ahead of Ramsey. Talk about overrated. Why is there so much hype with this guy?
Boller is a mystery. On the local Comcast (CN8) sports show, they had an interview with him. Before the interview, they showed where he threw the ball 70 yards from his knees - which is impressive. However, I have yet to see it happen during a game, so piss on that.
Boller's record as a starter in college was something like 8-15. Why that gives Baltimore fans hope is beyond me.

I too like Carr, but he still needs an offensive line to help protect him, the guy is getting pollmelled. Cass needs to work on getting him some "hogs".
