I mean there is no way of stopping this either. I mean the terrorists just want us all to die, and it's easy to convince impressionable young people to want to blow themselves up for what they consider "is a higher good". Unless they had attacks planned at all of the finalist cities and then decided they would make the official attack on whatever city was selected. Or this could be connected to the G8 Summit.
