Morgan Freeman's speech was too cryptic for me. [Possible spoiler] I think the Freeman speech mentioned something about the bacteria causing the downfall of the aliens. I think that had to do with them controlling the shields, but in my opinion it was still very dissapointing to have all of the build up with the awesome action only to have the ending being crammed into a 5 minute sequence.
