Elliot was reading testimony? on the air, and it's quick scary and sick to think a human being can act that way. He also mentioned that there are around 50 serial killers on the loose, and about 300 that have thoughts of serial killing but haven't acted quite yet. He definitely doesn't fit the typical serial killer profile... except that he's seriously F'd up in the head, and I guess that's more than enough.
