Well, this is one of those times I wish I could say - see I was right, he'd gone in 2 years or less see you all should have believed me. Problem is everyone was thinking that except Ron.

RR has to have the worst draft record of any coach/GM ever, right? He came to DC to improve his legacy and actually made it worse. The $M's will help a little, but it must sting.

Wonder if Forbes has any hope of being picked up and playing elsewhere?

I'm sure someone will sign him soon eventually

I’m interested to see how all these cuts impact our salary cap…Davis, Forbes Dotson…down the road.

My hope is we take the option to absorb as much possible this year in dead cap versus multi years down the road. Take the pain now

Keim said that if Forbes isn't claimed on waivers then we will have to pay out $9.1 million next year. Eagles is responsible for Dotson's contract. I don't believe that we owe Davis anything.

Why would you think that? He couldn't crack the line-up in a bad secondary, he couldn't even get to 2d string.

Ouch. No one is going to claim him at that salary (No one would probably claim him at any salary for that matter). Hope I'm wrong on the first part for our sakes and the second for Forbes sake.
