my hope is that in this year JD5 blossoms and we can check off QB1 box and we can start building around him

Not enough on the roster yet at the very important positions of CB, DE, T, and WR behind Terry. Love where we’re headed though, Jayden will mask the problems at T and WR due to mobility. He can’t help the defense though. 6-11

Sweat is gone, our LBs still are bad at covering. It's more than secondary.Our starting Lbs are Fowler, Wagner, Luvu. I think that group will hold its own in coverage.
Our d lacked effective coaching last year, especially in the secondary. That's not the case this year. The players will be matched up properly and will win the battles via scheme more often than last year.

But we don't have the pass rush and corners to go toe to toe with the better passing teams like the Eagles and Cowboys. 3-3 in the division is doable, but we'll probably lose 5 against the better opposition.
