So I was down in Chantilly VA for a wedding (12 miles from minicamp)...annoyed that I traveled over 8 hours from NY and never saw anyone because camp was closed to the public. To be so close... And to add to that I had to drive on my birthday with my mother-in-law in the backseat (hell)...
Oh, so the wedding was for my brother in law who happens to be the boxing writer for the USAToday. Michael Buffer, apparently congratulated him before a fight when he does that "Let's get ready to rumble" thing.
How cool is that...and I think we was congratulated on ESPN at some point over the weekend as well. What a life...
Not that anyone cares...I just was annoyed to be down there so close and not have a chance to meet the players.
