Who sits back and says "Man, I hope we lose on Sunday!" QUOTE] Although no player would come right out and say he doesn't want to win or I hope we lose on Sunday or Monday. I remember an interview with Darrell Green, who talked about players that didn't care about winning, only picking up their pay check. So there are players out there who don't really care about the game, they go through the motions and play for the $$$$. There are plenty of players who take plays off..........first one comes to mind, Randy Moss................and he also leaves before the game is over too! skinsguy 06-16-2005, 10:48 AM Anyone else finding it odd that Gibbs is openly talking about these changes-shotgun, zone blocking? The Gibbs I remember would keep things close to the vest and then unleash it when the time is right. Yep...I am finding it very odd and wouldn't be surprised if that isn't nothing more than a smokescreen. I mean, I don't rule out more zone blocking and *possibly* a shotgun formation, but if people are expecting a completely different offensive philosophy, they might be disappointed. As bad as our offense was last year, it did start to click toward the end of the season, and to junk that philosophy and throw in a new system isn't anything different from what we have been doing the past three or four years. redskinem 06-16-2005, 12:48 PM more than the whole dallas back field put togeather BossHog 06-16-2005, 07:01 PM Betts will get a lot of carries. :oink: |
