I thought the Jags signed Jacobs? (Earlier Report was bad???)

I don't get how the Eagles always have cap space despite spending a lot each year...

They don't have any DBs or LBs to speak of (judging by last year)

Jacobs went to the Packers, that's why they released Jones.

After reaching agreement today with free-agent RB Josh Jacobs, the Packers informed RB Aaron Jones that he is being released, per source. Jones now will be a free agent.

Well, not great, but certainly an improvement over last years' signing, Gates, who we knew sucked at the time we signed him (or at least everyone not named Ron did) and Larsen. He is average (which is Ok - can't get stars everywhere).

Armstrong signing was good now hopefully we can get Hunter to pair with him.

So a pro bowler in 2022 who has only allowed like 4 sacks in his career and is 26 isnt a great signing?

Josh Jacobs has lined up a deal to sign with the Packers, source confirms. So the running back deals today include Saquon Barkley to the Eagles, Jacobs to the Packers, D'Andre Swift to the Bears and Tony Pollard to the Titans.

Next up will be Aaron Jones.

I hope we can get this deal done. Owenu could lock down our RT position for years to come. He's 26 years old. Can play either OG position as well.
