That’s all there is to it. The last thing we need is an owner telling a new GM who’s going to be on his staff. We had that already.

shaky OL, let's not run (gotten better lately) and roll the QB out exactly once per season.

We're not really worse than last year, but I wouldn't call the offense good either. Ron the GM has set up a terrible OL to try and succeed with though (to be fair).

Man, I just wonder how this thread would look if JDR and those scrubs on defense could have simply matched last year performance or even come within 20% of it?

The offense is slightly better than last year....the OL was/is definitely a huge problem....blame Ron for thinking he could fill voids with cast-offs from.Carolina like Norwell......he didn't sign good free agents and the only lineman he drafted that was worth a damn was Cosmi.....

Chris Cooley after the Dallas game said on Sheehan he said some of the defenses struggles are attributed to EB's inability to call a balanced game. The offense is causing too many 3 and outs. No ball control, short fields etc. He was speaking from personal experience as well. I don't think there is a way to accurately measure or assign a value to that but I can definitely see where he is coming from.

EB has never gotten a HC job for a reason.. he’s a very avg OC. Against good defenses he can’t call a game for shit. The lack of run game is also a joke. I’m fine with a pass first offense like the Bills, KC etc but you still need to be able to run the ball on short yardage downs.. EB never does that

It should be pass first the entire league is and for a reason. More explosive play success and more explosive play opportunities etc etc. I am also fine with being in shotgun all the time as the rest of the league is too but a good OC has to recognize when you should not be in shotgun and he can't do that.

You gotta be an able to recognize that the OLine is absolutely trash … without Oline it doesn’t really matter what formation or who the QB or RB or really anything … you have NOTHING !! If this team had used half the resources on the Oline that we put into the D we at least might be very good on the O … that is why we can’t pass up on LT .. we have to have a rebuild on O line .. I would trade Allen for pick Possible First ? Get Edge .. all those First rounder DLine picks were wasted . Can’t put all resources into one position while the team falls apart .. get rid of the high salaries underachieving Players and start over ..with the right GM it can work
