I don't know how to improve the offense, so I'll turn it over to the new guy. I don't know how to improve practice results so I'll let someone else organise it. I don't know how to build the roster so I'll let someone else dismantle it. Keeping RR in some non-coaching, non-personnel capacity would be a good gesture because i think Harris likes him, but it just doesn't make sense. And if he thought EB could be a good HC he'd probably have made that call already. Feels like a complete rebuild in January. Show me one position group that is actually holding their own and I'll change my mind. Sure Sam is putting up yards, but that is only because of the sheer volume of attempts EB has him throwing.
