IMO Maye is a three inches taller version of Sam Howell, if that's what you want.
Caleb Williams is a stunning playmaker. He is easily the best QB in this draft IMO. I would trade up to the #1 pick to get him. Put lifts in his cleats and tailor the offense to his strengths.
Commanders get: 2023 overall #1 pick.
Bears get: 2023 overall #2 pick, a 2023 second round pick, DT Jonathan Allen, and a 2024 second round pick or even a 2024 first round pick, if necessary.
They literally do not play alike. Other than both being white and going to UNC thats where the comparison ends
Outsmarting Snyder’s draft room was a full time media profession, with anxiety-ridden fans and WFT enemies eating it up.
Now it’s mostly meaningless hot takes

2. Jayden Daniels - QB - LSU
36. Kingsley Suamataia - OT - BYU
40. Patrick Paul - OT - Houston
67. Zach Frazier - OC - West Virginia
96. Junior Colson - LB - Michigan
98. Brandon Coleman - OG - TCU
132. Joshua Gray - OG - Oregon State
163. Elijah Jones - CB - Boston College
194. Luke Reimer - LB - Nebraska
Good draft except for the first round.

This draft is deep at OT. We legitimately have a chance to draft a franchise QB and franchise OT, if we hit right.
Peters crushing the 2024 draft:

If we get a QB at #2 (ie not trade up) we have the ammo to trade into the top 15-20 if a one of the top 4 OTs drop. I'm thinking Latham or maybe even DE with Latu.

Good draft except for the first round.
J. Daniels is someone you want or don't want, 100%. Doesn't seem to be a lot of middle ground. I think he'll be very good.

One thing everyone seems to agree on is how rapidly he’s been improving. That’s where you make your money as a GM — seeing where someone is heading, not analyzing their past stats

He does seem to be a bit diva ; with NIL he could easily say fuck it this year if he doesn’t want be a Bear

Wow! that article is very revealing .. the wanting part ownership before a team drafts him only to find out it doesn't work that way .. his dad allready saying stuff that is red flags. It's not a good look and makes me nervous about taking him . I want CJ Stroud type attitude .

I'm a hard pass on Caleb Williams. Hard pass. He has RG3 written all over him.

This. Stroud for as talented as he is, he is as humble as it gets. Gives his teammates all the praise. Love that kid. He's going to do great things in this league.
