I'm leaning towards Maye. Just like the idea of a pocket QB who can process quickly and get the ball out. It's also nice that he's 6'4". The NFL is all about the quick game more than ever.

I will gladly take Maye or Daniels. I'll probably go back and forth 10 times between now and 4/25/2024 on who I like more. But I'll trust the new front-office with either guy they pick.

If it's QB at #2 I also hope it is Maye. I wouldn't be surprised if someone moved up to #1 for him though, assuming the Bears don't take him.

If Maye goes at #1, then we'll get Caleb Williams. It seems like we can't lose either way.

They are very different QBs. I'm not sure that if the new regime likes Caleb, they'll settle for Drake, and vice versa.

Whatever this is that allows Sean McVay and co. to ID guys like Puca Nakua - I want that. They ID'd exactly what they wanted and now a 5th round pick broke a record that was established in 1935. That is why McVay and co. are elite - they weren't even expected to contend this year. Same thing with Mike Tomlin - he made the playoffs despite Kenny Pickett playing like ass much of the year. We want a staff and a FO that can overachieve and get the absolute best out of players.

When Penix gets pressured he’s no where near as good.
