MacDonald had his video interview last week, along with a couple of others. They put out requests to at least 8 candidates (https://www.hogshaven.com/2024/1/16/24040048/washington-commanders-coaching-front-office-tracker-ben-johnsons-virtual-head-coach-interview-friday) who they will be interviewing over video links. They will then likely be interviewing at least 5 in person, they have to include two minority candidates from outside the building as per the Rooney rule, I am assuming that will be Raheem Morris and Aaron Glenn. As with Adam Peters I think that Ben Johnson was the preferred candidate going into this so the other 4 will have to wow them to get to the final 2.

I'm going with surprise hire, Aaron Glenn (as a guess).

If you look like Costanza…then your hat backward rule applies. But it’s nuance, I’ll flip a hat backwards if Im brimming someone or really getting into whatever I’m doing.
