We need to let Harris have a chance to succeed prior to complaining about his hires (that haven't even happened yet). Let's let Harris higher (https://youtu.be/J16lInLZRms?si=ifUcanV7S8lRPlTi&t=62) whoever he thinks is best for all positions then see what it looks like over the next couple seasons. I can't see spending 2024 in any sort of negative light.

Damnit
But you got my drift.
21-38 and he DESERVES a head coach job ?? Really ? Not interested ..Ron winning percentage was .498 .. Morris is .338
He's very highly regarded around the league and won a SB as DC with the Rams.

Morris maybe the greatest DC of all time .. I'm looking at his Head coach record .. nothing more nothing less .. by the way I'm saying no to BB and he has to be considered as the best head coach of all time .. If a coaches won loss record doesn't matter then the skies the limit on guys that deserve another chance .. I guess Ron will end up a head coach somewhere yet again..

RR is very highly regarded around the league and went to two SBs as a coach.

He had his first HC gig at 33 years old, perhaps he just wasn't as ready as he is now. Players, coaches, and insiders have nothing but good things to say about him, safe to say those who know a lot more about these things than we do have positive opinions of him. Cooley has always talked highly of him too.

So new GM is not picking the coach?

So new GM is not picking the coach?
This looks to be a situation where both the GM and HC will be in equal footing.

I think they're exploring all options - maybe a scenario where the coach/GM are equals (maybe Harris has the veto power if they're split on a player). Idk - but it sure seems like all options are on the table. If they hired Harbaugh I'm positive he would want total control though.

Given how the search is happening, I doubt this would happen.
