Interesting, the Dan Snyder effect is transparent now.
Champ, John Riggins, RG3 (no shocker there being the attention whore that he is) are all gonna be at the game on Sunday. Curious to see what other longtime Redskins greats show up.

Exactly. Short list...
so, I didn't do an exhaustive list. You could say terry bradshaw wasn't exactly great as well. And the raven's had decent records with hot garbage at QB for a while too.

Marv Lewis? Maybe not equivalent wrt QBs, but a similar volume of "non-success".

Yes it all sounded a bit odd, like last year it was always waiting for the doctors to approve, you hardly ever hear that when other players are injured. Not that his injuries are run of the mill, but still.

Rookies going to have to step into the rotation straight away, no Chase, no JSW (maybe), no Efe and no Mathis. John Allen may not be 100%. Good job this isn't a stellar OL they will be facing. But also an opportunity for the rookies to make a splash and potentially complicate the new contracts for Sweat and Young.

Ben Standig -
Commanders DE Chase Young will not play in Sunday's regular season opener and is not expected back until at least Week 3 with a neck injury, multiple sources tell @TheAthletic.
