Saahdiq Charles sidelined with calf injury (we should move on) and a lot of talking heads praising Cody Barton play early on at LB.

Jamin Davis back to court today

Charles was sidelined yesterday, but back on the field this morning.

The trouble I have with Saddiq Charles is that he gets injured so often I am not sure we can count on him for any significant number of games in the regular season. This will be his fourth season and don't think has been available for 16 games so far. Tons of potential, judging by how they hang on to him and keep giving him chances, but too fragile to be counted on

“Ive said a couple times, don't sleep on Jacoby, he's done a nice job as well. I mean, we got some really good quarterback play going on right now.”

“We've got a real good quarterback room. We're very happy with what we've got right now. And again, we just want to continue to see the growth."

IMO that is Rivera trying to keep the fire lit under Howell . . . Brissett has not taken a single rep with the first team. Not one.
