So, I get the feeling Harris is going to blow her VP pick. She needs the Never Trumpers, center Independents and conservative independents (who like the Nevers oppose Trump) to win and I get the feeling she is going to pick a progressive as her pick (ie Tim Walz). This would be a slap in the face of that group and I for one will change my vote from stopping Trump to just sitting out (and I won't be the only one). IF she picks a progressive what does she gain? - Nothing but loses the center. If she picks a moderate, what does she gain? - the Center and loses nothing.

Let the rest of the country hash it out.

Well my vote is a bit weightier - AZ in one of the swing states.

I guess Harris doesn't need my vote. IMO she just blew her election chances.

She didn't do anything to get moderates but Trump doesn't do anything to get moderates either so we're just kind of the forgotten caste. As the two parties go more and more extreme. I still think her base beats Trump's base.

I think she did a lot more then that and yes she did appease many moderates. He wants to protect the Second Amendment but wants better gun laws , he wants to protect Woman's rights, a former Teacher and Football Coach and a Father, what an asshole.

Donald Trump today:

What are the chances that Crooked Joe Biden,
the WORST President in the history of the U.S.,
whose Presidency was Unconstitutionally
STOLEN from him by Kamabla, Barrack
HUSSEIN Obama, Crazy Nancy Pelosi, Shifty
Adam Schiff, Cryin' Chuck Schumer, and others
on the Lunatic Left, CRASHES the Democrat
National Convention and tries to take back the
Nomination, beginning with challenging me to
another DEBATE. He feels that he made a
historically tragic mistake by handing over the
U.S. Presidency, a COUP, to the people in the
World he most hates, and he wants it back,
NOW!!

The man is a mental midget , right chico?!

Quite a bit of both Biden's and Harris's support came from people like me who were voting against Trump (which likely made up about 30% of her support) Our votes were very reluctant for her as it was and by picking another progressive (and a populist one at that) it was essentially a slap in the face to independents and the Never Trump/GOP conservatives that made up that group. She basically told us to go pound sand and she doesn't need our votes. In my office alone 2 that would have voted for her if she picked Kelley (especially Kelley), Shapiro or any moderate told me they are now going to vote for Trump and she lost my vote as well (I will sit out). As you posted she's making a move thinking all she needs is her base. She read the audience wrong the anti-Trump vote was more important than her base support and now she will likely lose. Lets see what the polls say in 2 weeks.

Sitting out I understand, switching to Trump - no because they're two diametrically opposed opponents. In short I don't believe you're too colleagues we're going to vote for Kamala they were probably just saying that but we're going to vote for Trump no matter what. Of course I don't understand how anyone is voting for Trump or Harris at this point so I'm just stuck in the middle with no one to vote for or to represent me.
