I hope we can find a good IPA to be the backup in 2023.

Got a few questions on where Andrew Wylie will play. Was told he'll play right tackle with Sam Cosmi shifting to RG (he's been told). Cosmi has maintained he's fine at either spot, just wanted to know which 1. Gives them an athletic G inside, good run blocker.

For the #Falcons and Taylor Heinicke, it’s a two-year deal worth up to $20 million, per source. Atlanta has said Desmond Ridder is the starter, and that's top-end backup money.

Looks like a good deal for him but as usual need to wait to hear what the guarantees are

I really hope Cosmi can put it altogether at RG. He is a great athlete, he should be able to do it. Signing Wylie almost was like getting 2 starters. Right sight of the line should be a marked improvement. That's nice to have that done before the draft.

Time to add a LG and LT in the draft. Let Gates/Draft pick compete for the starting spot. Then have the other guy be the swing G (who would start if either G went down or C, because Gates would bump over). Same thing at tackle. I would imagine Leno starting if we draft a LT anywhere other than the 1st round, which I don't see us doing with adding Wylie. Can't wait for the draft, it's our super bowl (2nd super bowl if Snyder sells).

Wow Henicke really took advantage of his opportunity here. I’ll be pulling for him in the ATL. Falcons, much like us here, have decent personnel on Offense.

Seriously, time for a fresh start for both sides

We've seen enough, best of luck to him in ATL.

Taylor Heinicke is signing a two-year, $14 million deal with the Falcons. As part of it, he gets ...

• A $4 million signing bonus.
• A $6.32 million guarantee.
• $7 million in cash each year.
• $3 million in playoff/playtime incentives each year.

Deal maxes at $20 million.

Good for him, from sleeping on his sister's couch to legit NFL backup. Great story.

Kinda hate to see him go. He was at least fun to watch and the perfect backup. I'd rather have Taylor than Andy Dalton.
