Dan Snyder Hires Bank Of America To Potentially Sell Washington CommandersRuhskins 11-02-2022, 01:03 PM Get Elon on the phone now Or Bezos. SunnySide 11-02-2022, 01:03 PM Think JP is on to something. Owners already said they are not going to extend debt limit (should have done this when minority owners wanted buy out too) for him to build a new stadium so he has to get cash he doesn't have some other way. Yeah that seems to be the logical connect the dots. owners didnt approve another debt waiver .. Snyder has to sell minority share to get cash infusion. Fingers crossed its something more. Fishingfool 11-02-2022, 01:09 PM I don't see Snyder leaving the prestige of the NFL ownership group but this is a good point. Unless.... How can Snyder screw over the NFL and it's fans? Saudi Money! 2024 Emirates Stadium, home of the Washington Bonesaws! I think the sale has to be approved by the owners. njant 11-02-2022, 01:13 PM Or Bezos. jeff bezos is who i want as owner as he also builds us a new stadium called amazon stadium in DMV area mredskins 11-02-2022, 01:15 PM https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/34932499/snyders-hire-bank-america-securities-explore-commanders-sale https://www.foxnews.com/sports/commanders-dan-synder-hires-bank-in-first-step-towards-possible-team-sale https://www.cnn.com/2022/11/02/football/washington-commanders-dan-snyder/index.html omg mooby 11-02-2022, 01:24 PM Who's enough of a shithead and moron to want to partner up with the Snyders? Full sale or bust. Elon. or Bezos. I could see both buying a minority partnership with the idea eventually they will force him out. sdskinsfan2001 11-02-2022, 01:29 PM I feel bad for some of y'all. Keeping my hopes at a solid 0.00% he sells a majority stake or whole stake of the team. Schneed10 11-02-2022, 01:30 PM I'm trying not to get too excited because you could see this being a move to either a) raise cash for a stadium, b) generate cash flow to offset increased debt service costs that may have risen due to interest rate increases (he borrowed a lot to pay Fred Smith for his minority share, if that was variable rate debt he might be getting crushed right now), c) a desire to secure a partner to help him work with local politicians to get a deal over the finish line. Or a bit of all three. At the same time, the way this was announced, and with the way they're saying we're exploring all options? It seems to say 'if we get a price we like, we'll sell.' Ruhskins 11-02-2022, 01:35 PM I feel bad for some of y'all. Keeping my hopes at a solid 0.00% he sells a majority stake or whole stake of the team. I feel skeptical about it. But I think this opens the door for someone to potentially make an offer that Dan can't refuse. According to Forbes, the team is worth $5.6 billion; I'm pretty sure Dan will listen if someone offers him a billion or two above that price. Just about anyone that buys the team will be given the benefit of the doubt by the local governments and should be able to do a stadium deal right away. Ruhskins 11-02-2022, 01:37 PM Posted by JP.
