Definitely appears to be a very strong leader in the locker-room, away from what we have access to. Not meaning to throw it all on him but the chemistry was just way off. Some was obviously on Turner. We don't have a QB that can chuck it around 45+ times, even though we have the pass catchers to do it. They need to be balanced at 60% runs and 40% passes.
