Do you think the new / potential owner(ship) will keep Ron Rivera?
I'm 50 - 50 on it because I think that part of the new ownership job will be erasing / changing everything that has / had to do with Dan, and Ron is for sure a Dan guy.
I could see them letting him go at the end of the 2023 season....
It depends on results as someone has already said. I'm also curious to see what anyone (FO, coaching, etc., etc.) can do without having Danny meddling.
New owner likely means wholesale changes throughout the org.
Let's say it takes 6 months before a sale is finalized, we would be well into the spring and too late to make any significant changes to the football ops for 2023, including Ron. After 2023 though...
Time to throw a little appreciation towards coach Ron. Gotta give him credit his teams never quit on him. We've seen his teams battle back from slow starts multiple times now.
Took a while but they are finding their identity for this season. At the start of the season you could tell they wanted to be a wide open attack down the field type of offense, now they're back to ground and pound and playing good D. Ain't sexy but you can win plenty of games with that formula.

For sure. Rivera is not one of the best coaches but he is definitely one of a few coaches who will prevent the team from going to rock bottom, unlike Zorn and Gruden.

There must be more power in those folded arms than we are aware of.

With that OL lack of pass protection, running game is a no brainer. Will Turner stick to it? That is the question.

They're averaging 28.8 rush attempts per game (8th overall), and in the last 3 games it's up to 35.7 attempts per game (4th overall). Clearly a commitment to the run is there and has only increased as of late. They're also leading the league in time of possession with 32:30 min per game.

Nice comment from Andrew Brandt:
@AndrewBrandt
Whatever Dan Snyder is paying Ron Rivera it's not enough.
Team is winning, focus is on them, not the owner's investigations/lawsuits/misbehavior/mess.

Kudos to RR, I wanted him canned after week 5. He's made me eat crow

I cant ignore GM Ron. Wentz, Jackson, etc. Good pick up with BR. The team didn’t throw in the towel when they could have, but I just cant shake the feeling that Ron is along for the ride. Our D line is coming of age, and we are catering to our strength on O which is the run.
Dare I say winning in spite of him?
Im not eating crow yet. Lol
