SCHEDULE RELEASE 2022EdmundDorf 05-12-2022, 05:26 PM JP Finlay @JPFinlayNBCS · 7m Commanders will play @ Dallas in Week 4, per sources. calia 05-12-2022, 09:11 PM Geez -- week 14 for the bye. That's a long time to get to the bye week. And we play the NYG the week before and the week after the bye. Weird. Whatevs. 17-0, baby! https://www.commanders.com/news/schedule-2022-washington-commanders-tickets-information mooby 05-12-2022, 09:35 PM I think it's good to have a late bye, helps the team get some much needed rest after 14 long weeks. calia 05-12-2022, 10:07 PM I think it's good to have a late bye, helps the team get some much needed rest after 14 long weeks. Maybe -- but week 14 is the latest possible bye week, I think. It isn't until Dec. 11 and that's a long time to play without a rest. For a 17 game season, I think the sweet spot would be around game 11 or 12. Then you get healthy and have a 5-6 game push. But on balance, I like the schedule. calia 05-12-2022, 10:11 PM So much can happen between now and the season, of course, but if we can take care of business in the division (at least split with PHL and DAL and beat NYG), this schedule doesn't seem as daunting as last year for sure. GB will be a handful as will SF on Christmas Eve. But at least we have TENN, CLE, and MIN at home -- and having DET, CHI, and HOU on the road isn't so bad. mooby 05-12-2022, 10:59 PM Maybe -- but week 14 is the latest possible bye week, I think. We've been there a couple times in the last decade or so. calia 05-12-2022, 11:53 PM Sure, for me the sweet spot is week 8-12 for a bye. Could be historic Game day thread would have to be National archived hahahahaha.. You gave me a good lol this am Chico. I think the league did that shit on purpose to screw w/ the Commies and Wentz. We already know Wentz is a bit fragile mentally. He's going to be a mess vs the Jags. The few fans that show up will be calling for Howell week one. Chico23231 05-13-2022, 09:50 AM Man I don’t like that late bye…I’ll take it over an early bye any day if the week, but it’s a long season. |
