Welcome Carson Wentz

Talented guy no doubt- but when his leadership is questioned, when you fumble all the time, when you take too many sacks, when you make back breaking type of plays, when you aren't as accurate as the top guys, when you play too much hero ball, when you are too fragile to take hard coaching, when two teams have kicked you out the door, does the physical gifts really matter??

I think he takes the care of the ball in the air well, but the fumbles are a huge issue. Although Josh Allen fumbles often too but he's a way better QB than Wentz so he makes up for it. Look guys I'm just happy we will see some legit deep bombs this yr and Terry finally has a legit starting QB..

I would have signed Bridgewater and drafted someone. Teddy isn't flashy but he will take care of the ball and won't LOSE you games like Wentz does.

Ron thinks this team is similar to the Rams and he is way off. His team NEEDS the draft picks. Every last one of them. Holes everywhere on this roster.

So I sign Teddy, I draft the stud wr out of Ohio State and have more room on the cap to fill some holes. I'd probably go in the 2nd or 3rd round to get my QB and just deal w/ the fact that this isn't a great QB draft. But I could maybe get Ridder or Strong in the 2nd or maybe the 3rd. Now you got someone in the pipeline.

I'll try and win 8 or 9 games running the ball, playing better defense, hitting some big plays w/ my wr's and not turning it over. That's the ceiling for this team, with or w/out Wentz.

So there you go, I just sold you on what this dumb ass team should have done... lol.

Teddy lost plenty of games last year by not making the throws needed to win the game. His ceiling is so low at this point in his career that you have no choice but to draft a QB. For the three of you that would have liked this scenario the rest of us would be pretty furious if we decided to roll with Teddy AND not draft a QB.

And for whatever reason, we continue to gloss over how bad the Colts receiving corps and pass pro was.

- in 85 starts Wentz has thrown 57 ints and fumbled 66 times. The 66 fumbles is an astounding stat.
- has been sacked 211 times.
- under pressure in 2020 his rating was 48
- Colts issues w/ Wentz were " doesn't take to hard coaching, is abrasive, lacks leadership and is reckless"
- Jeff Darlington.. " I was standing on the sideline watching Wentz. The vibe wasn't there"

Professional turnover machine. Gonna pad my room so I don't break anything when he fumbles yet again.

Teddy B blows, I get why people were intrigued with him early in his career, but now? Might as well stick with Heinicke if that was the option.

What an odd show. The only thing missing was mom yelling from the kitchen telling him his meatloaf is getting cold.

Bmore…you know I love you, but your signature is something about piss and you had another one about jizz last week.

This show could be a possible fit for you.

But you def can tell why AR chose to come in here and do interviews

Scottie Turner will sort this shit out!

Between Gibson and Wentz, we're gonna fumble 2 or 3 times a game.

Another very telling stat, Wentz was a 50% passer on plays that were not screens. 30th in the NFL.

I almost feel bad for Scott. I don't like all the shotgun stuff, especially on 3rd and short. But I'd like to see Scott w/ an elite QB.

Well one thing is for sure about this trade, Ron is definitely in charge right now, not Snyder...because Snyder would've never been down for this...I'm sure his reaction is very similar to much of the fan base. It is not exciting, and doesn't inspire hope to a franchise that is desperately seeking hope. And we all know, after Rodgers and Wilson were officially somewhere else, Watson was the only other one that gave any hope to the future, and you can only assume they were not going that route or willing to wait on it. I think there is a very small chance Wentz will win here but I hope I'm wrong. It is funny to me that some are saying they like this deal vs signing a free agent because they'd have to commit more to a free agent...you commit as much as you want in the contract they sign...you make it a prove it this year type deal or we can move on from you. I think we've also learned Ron doesn't want a rookie QB...at all...so don't look for one to be drafted this season or next, unless they have a top 3 pick...which could happen.

cuz we see how well hes handled that in the past
