Snyder is getting subpeona'ed (https://twitter.com/JPFinlayNBCS/status/1539636017648603138?cxt=HHwWhMC8tZ-z8d0qAAAA)
I know we're all in "believe it when I see it" mode, which is fair. But it's also fair to say we are closer to the owners switching from "don't want to be next so not gonna oust him" to "jeez need to oust him now or who knows who's next" than we're ever been. How close is the question.
The new allegations directly accusing Snyder in the private plane incident (https://www.si.com/nfl/2022/06/22/dan-snyder-2009-sexual-assault-allegation-details) may also have an impact.
("According to the documents, the allegations include the team owner “asking her for sex, groping her and attempting to remove her clothes.”")

Speaking of Sapp, for a team under investigation for sexual misconduct, was it really a great idea to bring in a guy that was let go from NFL Network on sexual harassment allegations? I don't know, seems that maybe someone should have thought that through a little better.
On top of that he was arrested getting hookers.

I was a big fan of Ereck Flowers, so letting him go was a questionnable move, which made more sense with the signing of Andrew Norwell for nearly half cheaper.
But Norwell's performance will determine to what extent it was a smart move.
So I went through the Jags week 10 game against the Colts, focusing on Norwell.
Sidenote, Wentz had a decent game, but he was under pressure pretty much every play. I do think better protection will help him tremendously.
Overall I'd say Andrew Norwell plays very well, he's way less athletic than Flowers, but you can see he's a veteran, he seems to play very relaxed, chilled, I think he has excellent vision, handles stunts perfectly, moves well in space on screens and pulls. He has very good hand technique and makes up for lack of speed with good position.
He has a tendency to get a little too straight up when he's not in danger and I included a play where that got him beaten. He also got beaten once with a clean swim move. But those were pretty much his only bad plays of the game.
I think Flowers has a better upside, but we got a solid veteran, no doubt.

The former four-time Pro Bowler still very much intends on playing football, and he’s also generating interest from a couple of teams. Per Wolfson, those teams are the Dallas Cowboys and Washington Commanders.
While the Commanders have “kicked the tires” on a potential move to sign Barr, the Cowboys have seemed like the most interested team overall.
