When that ref stuck his butt out to intentionally make contact w/ #59 and then threw that flag that was so awful. Out of all the bad calls that had obvious intent. The league has to fire that guy.

I saw the clip - that was as bad as it gets. The ref does look like he's calling it for the guy going to the wrong sideline but even that is an inexcusable call - if the ref didn't hear any taunting or didn't see his lips moving there is no way that a game-changing penalty should be called in that situation.

Yep, that was as bad as it gets. They need to tone it down on all this taunting BS. I get what they are trying to prevent, but it's been over the top in a lot of situations

Given the subjectivity of taunting, it should be a penalty that results in the player getting fined and that's it. You maybe can have the player sit for a few snaps (similar to hockey), but the team should not be penalized with yardage lost.

This taunting stuff is simply out of control. Why do we have a point of emphasis every year which basically means get ready for some bullshit calls from the refs game in and game out.

Really?

He had a few good drives with prevent defense.

I think he had a 88 overall QBR.

Guy has been pretty bad all season.

Steelers were in a prevent the whole fourth quarter? I honestly am asking because I fell asleep.

I think Fields can be good too though but they need to get rid of Nagy and get him some weapons. Nagy is awful.

He had 5 Big Time throws, 88 Pass grade.. By far the best he has had all season

Rodgers gets off with a slap on the wrist, of course.

@nytimes
The NFL has fined the Green Bay Packers $300,000 and two of its players, Aaron Rodgers and Allen Lazard, $14,650 each for not following Covid protocols agreed on by the league and players’ union.

Egh. such a lack of consistency all around. Different standards for different teams and players.

Not a haskins supporter in any way shape of form...but the fines are incredibly different.

And at the time...Haskins didnt even go out and say some stupid shit the way that Rodgers has. really some bullshit.
