WFT v. Packers Good Loss post-game

The only ones really talking about Watson are the fans and some in the local media. Outside of DC everyone knows he isn't coming here. He has a no trade clause and we haven't heard WFT mentioned one single time as somewhere he wants to go.

And that's fine with me. Don't want him.

I can't even remember when this team last played a full game of complementary football. One side has picked up the other on occasion, but they haven't put it all together in quite some time.


It is unusual for them to have back to back score and stops let alone a game of complimentary football. The crazy shit that this team goes through really makes me wonder about a damn curse. Either Native American induced or our idiot owner sold his soul for a division title….couldn’t even get a deal done for a super bowl.

This is a fact that cannot be mitigated or explained away. The extraordinary patience exhibited by Ron Rivera in this case is not a virtue. This level of defensive incompetence demands immediate personnel changes, either in players, coaches or both. Honestly, if Rivera fails to make swift, effective changes to the defense, his job should rightfully be on the line. As much as I would hate to see him lose his job, he is now fair game, IMO.

Some changes have come out of necessity - injuries, but I have to say it was nice to see Collins on the sideline at the start of the game on Sunday, and then when he was in there - making plays almost exclusively around the line of scrimmage. Dare I say it was his best game so far?
