I feel like there's more yet to come with this email thing and it deserves its own thread. Gruden might be the first to fall but if the email chain is any indication he shouldn't be the last.

Albert Breer makes a great point about the cover up - which begs the question how does the WFT get fined 10 million dollars and the conclusion to the investigation is just an oral report?
Like we're all in agreement on an email chain between Allen, Gruden, Jim Mcvay (Sean's uncle, CEO of the Outback Bowl) and others where they were shit-talking various people and sending cheerleader nudes, how is Jon Gruden the only one to come out of this tarnished?

Idk but somehow The Dan will become more powerful because of Allen or any other ex WFT employees that might have been involved

Breer is right in his assertion unfortunately. ESPN's statement thus far is also subpar IMO. Personally I'd like to see Jon go full on whistleblower. I also wouldn't be surprised to see a congressional hearing.

Makes you wonder, given how connected Bruce was, and maybe still is, within the league how much other dirty landry there is in his email accounts. He was certainly in communication with every other GM and high profile coach, not to mention owners and senior NFL staff up to and including the commisioner. May be a good indicator why the Snyder affair was swept under the carpet without a written report being made. Question is who now has the emails ( NFL HQ?) and why are they leaking them now.
There must be more in there and Gruden could demand complete disclosure if he took it to court, so he has been allowed to resign probably with a golden handshake so as to not muddy the waters

Leaked emails are back in now I guess…funny how that works.
Booger said it best last night, folks like Gruden and Allen…your character will be exposed at some point.
Let’s be honest here, the sexual harassment and what’s been found from the Redskins investigation was far worse than leaked emails.
While we all would love Snyder to leave, I think that woulda happened by now.
This shit is tip of the iceberg stuff.

I played to the crowd, knew you'd be all all over that shit.
Let's also be honest - why does Jon Gruden need to be the fall guy if everyone who took part in this shitnado was acting inappropriately. Allen and Snyder don't deserve to come out of this clean and so far they have.

“The difference is Jon Gruden isn’t part of the Redskins administration”
That’s how it works right?
The days of thinking Snyder will be removed died after they allowed him to buy out his partners

Because he's the low hanging fruit here. Owners and anyone else higher up on the food chain get different protections.
