Most college offenses all look the same now and they are no where similar to what teams can and do run in the NFL. Makes it very difficult to try to guess if they can transfer their results to the NFL. Ridder is a perfect example of that. Has the physical skills, but their offense is all RPO stuff and half his yards are little routes thrown around the LOS. Agree, it's really hard to judge who is going to be good or not... Herbert and Allen are prime examples , nobody saw them being this good. NE has a good track record, realize they had Brady but still a great franchise.
