It says something that Gruden felt comfortable talking like this on an email to Allen. I can only imagine things that were said behind closed doors when they worked together in Tampa, and maybe even as far back as his first run in Oakland.
No way was Gruden going to survive this once more stuff came out w/ him talking anti gay when you have a openly gay player.
These guys gotta be complete idiots, you never put anything in an email that you don't want coming back on you later.

Apparently it was related to the WFT investigation (https://www.nytimes.com/2021/10/11/sports/football/what-did-jon-gruden-say.html)...
And Allen was actually using his fair share of homophobic slur:
"Privately, Allen and Gruden appeared to have few boundaries in expressing homophobic and transphobic language. In one email from 2015 that includes Droste, McVay and others, Gruden crudely asked Allen to tell Bryan Glazer, whose family owns the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where Gruden coached until 2008, to perform oral sex on him. Allen said Glazer would “take you up on that offer.”"
I can't help but wonder if they took the politically correct route of saying "blow me."

Just goes to show that you really never know what a person is truly about.. He put on a great fake persona. His brother isn't much better

I got in a mini argument about this a bit back with folks on here. What you see on the field isn't necessarily who they are in "real" life.
Though I am very confident DS is a dick on the field and off.

Makes you wonder, given how connected Bruce was, and maybe still is, within the league how much other dirty landry there is in his email accounts. He was certainly in communication with every other GM and high profile coach, not to mention owners and senior NFL staff up to and including the commisioner. May be a good indicator why the Snyder affair was swept under the carpet without a written report being made. Question is who now has the emails ( NFL HQ?) and why are they leaking them now

NFL's top-scoring offense:
1. Bills (34.4 PPG)
NFL's top-scoring defense:
1. Bills (12.8 PPG allowed)
This spells SB Favorite IMO

They're a good team and there schedule looks very favorable for homefield advantage. I really only see one more game on their schedule were I bet they won't be favored
