This is a huge game for both teams, a 3-0 start vs the NFC would be great for us.

The Saints have been very up and down this season as has Jameis Winston who has 2 games where he has an above 80 Passing grade and also 2 where he's under 50..

The key is getting pressure on him , that's when the TO's happen.

Can we stop AK41? That will be the big ?

Can the offense continue to put up points? The Saints D is pretty damn good.

This is a toss up game IMO

Ready for this?

Us 27
Them 13

For the first time since 1991 both our offense and defense show up for the same game. You heard it here first.

Both teams are up and down every other week. They were down last week and got rolled by the Giants and we were sort of up by pulling out a W. (You could argue we really haven’t played well yet even in our two wins.). In any event, we have to hope that the trend ends for both teams.

Interesting game. Are the Saints the team in week 1 that beat the Packers 38-3 or the team that lost to the Giants in OT last week.

Reading the room in one of their fan forums ... seems eerily similar to us. Lots of questions and doubt, but happy enough to be 2-2 given the circumstances.

Saints are slightly favored (-1.5)

Home game for us

48% percent chance of rain at 1 pm kickoff

Our field has been a none issue this year which is great. I think Danny FINALLY paid to have it re-sodded this summer

The Washington Football Team has played on the same grass field at FedEx Field since 1997. At times, it has looked more like dirt and spray paint.

The team, though, will begin replacing the grass and more than a foot of soil at FedEx Field this week, TheAthletic.com reports.

The project will take approximately two months, and team officials expect the new grass to hold up through the end of Washington’s lease at the stadium in 2027.

“We’ve resodded more often, and we’ve done other things strategically to improve the surface, and it’s gotten better the last couple of years,” Chris Bloyer, the team’s senior vice president for operations and guest experience, told TheAthletic.com. “But this is really a big move in the direction of a vast improvement. Let’s say they were not baby steps, but close, in how it was getting better year over year the last few years. This is a significant renovation and will be much different.”

The project, led by head groundskeeper Pete Benevento, will remove 5,000 cubic yards of soil. That will fill 500 dump trucks, per TheAthletic.com, and take the field down to the heating system.

Workers then will install more than 2 miles of drainage pipe and a new irrigation system.

Washington will use the same GameOnGrass, a type of proprietary Bermuda grass developed by Carolina Green, as the Eagles, Chiefs and Titans have in their stadiums.

Im convinced (without any proof) that the League mandated Snyder to come out of pocket and finally do this.

Lol. I wish. If the fuckin Giants can beat em on the road we can beat em at home right? Since week one Winston has not looked like the heir apparent, and honestly even bad defenses have a good game from time to time.

Hopkins concerns me. If that mother fucker misses an ep or a chip shot he needs to be yanked the fuck off the field forever.
