Our offense put up 30 points.
They overcame a turnover at a killer time.
They put together sustained drives and quick strike drives.
They overcame a terrible spot/replay
When was the last time all those things happened. I am optimistic because our offense finally showed spark outside of Terry. Yes the D has been bad, but they have a lot of new pieces. They will get on track as the rookies grow into it.

I really get some Romo vibes with Heineke, he's a playmaker back there that is sneaky athletic.

Lol at some of the kool aid posts im reading. This team isn’t winning more than 7 games this year. Doesn’t make me less of a fan, just more of a realist. Fun win last night though.
It's still early but I am very concerned about the lack of plays CY and Sweat are making.. More so Young because many predicted him to have an Aaron Donald type season... So far his ass has been 70% missing.. Payne and Allen have been the best 2.

Payne was the one who broke Gates lower leg. Another freak accident.
That was definitely a weak ass call. We caught a break on that one.
It was a weak call. He appeared to have too much of a grip on the shoulder pads, but still a questionable call. Equally questionable was the roughing the passer call on Chase in the first quarter. Instead of 3rd and 12 at the 16, the Giants were given 1st and goal at the 8 and would score a TD. So the calls cancel each other out.

It was a great game, we had a bad start but we managed to break through.. You guys covered almost all points, especially about the defense.. So I want to point this out - Gibson averaged 5.3 yds per carry, why didn't Turner use him more in the game?

Taylor Heinicke is the first QB since at least 1978 with a go-ahead Pass TD, an interception and a game-winning drive in the final 5 minutes of regulation —all on 3 separate drives (per @EliasSports).

99 times out of a 100 we lose that game. That was a gift from the god awful Giants. They're a total mess. 1-1 is so much better than 0-2. What a performance by TH.
As far as the guys on defense, what else can you say? They stink.

Question about Heineken, can he be an effective starter answered last night.
Worried about the defense, but like said above can be fixed. I thought we were gonna play more man this year…guess not?
