WFT 2021 Pre-Season Games Thread

Thought the team looked good for first action…first and second teams. Logan Thomas and Terry looked good. I thought Carter looked good returning the ball.



The only think that really disgust me is the Hopkins miss. Come on manMissed kick, Leno, and not having signed a third LB are the bummers of the night.

Rest of the guys looked ready to go. Pre season is needed to get every body in synch though.

Not doing well, Hopkins, Hemingway,(drops, missed blocks), Stephen montez. Patterson looking pretty good, Jasmin Davis, invisible. At least no injuries or penalties

At least no injuries or penaltiesI wouldn't be so quick to judge Davis' perf. He was not in on nickel packages, and while he didn't flash all over the field, he didn't make any obvious mistakes either, and he held his ground in coverage.

Wideouts not getting a lot of work. TEs are. I think Hemingway drops from #2 to #4. Our #3 dts killing their 3 online. I like them trying Sadiq Charles at lt, but the are doubling to help him block. We can't assess jack with wr with montez in there

What’s up with Hopkins??


Same thing that was up with him last year. He sucks.
There has got to be a kicker in the world better than him and we better find him. Hopkins is going to cost us games. He should have been kicked to the curb last year. Was there even any competition for the job?

He is our fourth string quarterback and will not be on the roster. I don’t care if he goes out there and takes a nap on 3rd downs.
