Ok. I didn't say they couldn't.

So, it doesn't exactly make things "easier" for their team as you previously suggested.

Based solely on league protocols, it's definitely easier.

This is true..... for now. I'm fairly confident those protocols will change.

Their (the Falcons) players can still contract Covid.

Yes … they can , I am recovering from covid .. day 22 after symptoms ( got tested) anyway I did not take vaccine .. mistake , I’m 62 perfect health ( I race dirt bikes ... so my point is I go to my Dr regular and for my age Im good ..this virus kicked me hard .. my wife got the vaccine months ago came down with covid days after I got it … tested positive, her symptoms were way less than mine and her recovery seems like it will be much shorter .. what is confusing is depending on who you ask is now that I have had covid am I immune and for how long ?? For every expert that’s says I’m good there is another that says I need vaccine.. So UNTIL the experts can at least agree on this ( don’t get me started on the cheap mask / improperly wore thing) .. yea the n95 mask will work but the ultra cheap or cloth face pull up offers very little in protection) social distancing is far better ( I Caught mine at a bar/club with way more people inside that should have been .. 20 plus cases as result ! ( not agian .. I was foolish to attend ) I’m hoping that the vaccine will stop this ..this is so much misinformation out there on the internet .. social media maybe the cause of more pain and suffering than just about anything .. it certainly has divided us even on health issues … stay safe

There's many, many other cases where vaccinated people have died from Covid. Once again, there's thousands upon thousands who are enduring adverse effects from the vaccine and quite a few thousand who has died from it.

I'm also glad to hear you and your wife are doing much better. That's certainly good to hear!

Those cloth masks many are wearing doesn't protect anyone. If anything, wearing it too long will more than likely cause someone to get ill.

Yes, I agree, this is partially about divide and conquer. Be well!

Falcons are 1st team to 100%. Impressive team effort.

I'm still for people making their own choices, but that being said, their season will be easier than every other team, unless other teams get there too.

I think this season will be an interesting experiment in regards to the vaccine and virus. I think I'm correct in saying that vaccinated players will not get tested regularly if at all, but just like us here in the real world, you can still contract the virus and/or variant. So we'll get to see if any vaccinated players still get the virus AND miss time for it if they become ill.

Right now vaccinated players are tested every 14 days vs every day for unvaccinated, but they may start testing more often

NFLPA proposing vaccinated players get tested more often than current protocols require (https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/31951197/nflpa-proposing-vaccinated-players-get-tested-more-often-current-protocols-require)

You're factually incorrect all over the place here, dumbass.

Approximately 1500 people have died from COVID, despite receiving the vaccine. Out of over 100M people who have received the vaccine. That's a success rate.

The masks do offer protection. Best explanation I've seen, if you walk around nude, and someone pisses on you, you'll get wet. If you walk around with pants on, and someone pisses on you, you'll still get wet, but not as bad. And if you walk around with pants on, and some guy walks up to you with pants on and tries to piss on you, his piss stays in his pants and you don't get wet.

Nobody has actually died from the vaccine itself, that's baloney you read on social media.

I never understood the reduced testing. The risk that a person gets Covid from transmission (regardless of vaccination status) is high enough that for a high contact sport like football, daily testing just makes sense.

Yeah I don't see how there can be a middle ground. You either test aggressively or not at all.
