Aaron Rodgers has told the Packers he does not want to return.

Per Schefty:

"Reigning MVP Aaron Rodgers is so disgruntled with the Green Bay Packers that he has told some within the organization that he does not want to return to the team, league and team sources told ESPN on Thursday."

He's 33 and trying to make a position switch? I'd take the bet against him if I were betting. If his name was Joe Smith he'd be lucky to get a workout with a team.

Urban Meyer is his best chance.

Look how well Logan Thomas worked out...similar size, skillset and results as QB.

Heck bring him here for a look. Our system might just be good for former QBs turned TE. :D

Thomas made the switch to TE in 2016. He wasn't an overnight success.

Tebow is doing what he should have done after his first year in the league.

This is a bad look for the 49ers...I mean, a Vinny bad look. You don’t go all the way to 3 only then to pivot. This is an org not working together

Look at it this way, maybe moving to 3 was a leverage move to get the packers to think, “hey, we could get a top QB plus...”. Certainly a stronger offer than offering to trade their original lower pick.

If you were to ask me one bold prediction, almost certain to be wrong, it is that SF takes Lance at #3. My subjective opinion is that he has the most long-term upside of the three QBs likely remaining at that point, owing to his ridiculous arm strength and deep ball accuracy. He will need time to learn the game mentally and is a massive project, but. . . I still think predicting individual picks is a waste of time, however.

I thought that this prediction had a pretty good shot of being correct. The BIG UNKNOWN was what RR and Del Rio, who are LB gurus, thought of Parsons, JOK, etc. Obviously they thought Davis had the most upside for LB.

He actually reminds me a lot of Brian Orakpo with better hands watching him play. Maybe even Ray Lewis. He's everywhere, even blocks kicks!
