I'm not so sure. On some level I expect the owners of Dallas, Phila, and NYG don't mind having one of their division rivals essentially permanently handicapped by bad ownership. And for that matter why wouldn't the rest of the NFC "like" having less competition in their conference.
Never heard that before. ;)
Reminds me of this guy in my dorm at college. Complete screw up. Barely cracked a book. Friend of mine commented, "What do I care? His behavior can only help my GPA and class rank."

They don't care about winning as much as they care about making money. Seeing empty seats in one of the largest media markets in the country will definitely put you on the shit list of other owners.
Then bring bad press that draws congressional attention, to the point where congressional committees start taking testimony from team employees, they don't like that scrutiny and the risk it represents to all of their businesses.
If I'm an owner who operates on the up and up and doesn't have skeletons of my own in the closet, I'd want Snyder gone immediately. If I'm an owner with skeletons, I might be more inclined to rally round the family with a pocket full of shells.
The fact you haven't seen Snyder lambasted yet by other owners I think points to just how many have skeletons of their own.
I think that's a really good point, and we may be getting closer to a point where even the owners who do have skeletons in their closet switch from "Let's not go after him because I don't want to be next" to "let's get rid of him before all that attention gets me caught too" ...

Then in their second breath they said the money was not funds to be shared with the NFL. iT was money from a concert and a ND games at FedEx.

As I understand it they took income from NFL games and entered them in the books as income from the concerts and ND games so they would not have to share it with the NFL.
