Looks like Dak is going to get a deal done per Rap sheet... He wants to stay in Dallas.

There goes another QB option (Not that it was likely anyway)

I'd rather see Dak back with the Cowpukes than having them luck out and get Watson or Wilson.

That being said, Dallas has little cap room, so they are going to have to cut a lot of people to get a deal done with Dak.

Yeah, a long term deal or the franchise tag, either one will likely cripple them financially. Dak is in a good position. Unfortunately he and that offense will probably have to score 50 points a game to compete.

Assuming those players want to restructure their contracts.

The Jags are sitting pretty all-around. They can be seriously competitive as soon as next year with a good offseason and Sunshine being anywhere near as good as advertised.

Honestly, restructuring means kicking the can down the road. But you can only get so many players to do this. I see the Cowpukes having to part ways with a number of players.

Yeah, but for those guys, their future salaries are already greater than this year's salary. I don't know how they kick the can in this case.

Assuming those players want to restructure their contracts.Restructuring means more guaranteed money and nearly always is favorable to the player.

Yeah I get that. I'm just saying that they both account for $125mil guaranteed money total already, so I'm not sure what that restructuring is going to look like.
