175M floor, anticipated to be 195M, maybe higher. (https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/2021-nfl-salary-cap-cowboys-looming-talks-with-dak-prescott-could-be-helped-by-rumored-cap-boost/#:~:text=What%27s%20known%20already%20is%20that,ap proximately%20%24210%20million%20or%20more.)

I'd be mildly surprised if they let Cam Sims go. Heinicke 3.4M is palatable but I didn't realise it would cost that much.

That kind of talent doesn’t come cheap. 😉

Peter King said the Football Team should be a front runner in the Watson race because they have the cap to do it

Cap yes, draft capitol maybe not. On the face of it, I'm not sure about helping the Texans do a full rebuild at the expense of our ongoing roster build.

We seem to be letting a lot of LBs go if this estimate proves accurate, if as large numbers want we trade for Watson and sign Robinson we will have no Draft picks or salary cap left to replace them. Bostic will be starting again.

Personally I don't think we are as close to being competitive as some on here so I am not sure Watson will make the difference.

Exactly!

No Redskins fan should trust Peter King. He’s the guy who kept Monk out of the HOF for a decade and is the main reason Jacoby isn’t in. He can jump off the Brooklyn Bridge for all I care.
