If he has tweets promoting riots then he’s done, unfortunately that’s the new world

I mean if he tweeted supporting storming the Capitol, then yes I would be done with him.

Other than that, if his teammates don't give a fuck I don't either. Chuck the football like you did last night and I'm a happy man. Highly doubt he's the only MAGA supporter in the locker room. As long as he's Team WFT, idc.

Of course if last night was a one-hit wonder I would also not care in the slightest about moving on from him. I want long term stability at the position.

As it is he's earned the right to try for the starting job in camp. But I'd also bring in competition in the form of a grizzled vet or a young guy.

Ron wants to win now. He made it very clear that QB is top priority. Is meeting with Dan about it this week per reports. Idk why but whatever.

You can’t plug TH in there and expect to win , we just haven’t seen enough of him and he’s been a career backup.

I've seen enough to draft everything BUT a qb in the first 4.rounds this off-season and draft players around him and roll the dice. Scared money don't make money.

I have no problem with politics in sport or sport in politics. Neither operates in a vacuum regarding the other. Over here we have a government department and minister for sport (and arts, media etc.).

But I do have a problem when politics exerts undue influence on sport for it's own purpose (not that of a wider benefit to society).

In this case it's his personal political opinion, and while I disagree with his views, I respect his right to hold those views. It has no bearing on his ability to play and as said, if the locker room can tolerate his political stance who are we to judge?

Don’t visit yahoo, read their content, click on its stories..

They are a trash site with zero integrity when it comes to journalism. They hate this country and it’s people. They promote stories like these because they want to divide in order to make a profit.

Trade for Stafford and sign Golladay. I'd put us in the top 8 or so in pre-season power rankings asap, without any other moves/picks we made.

Stafford is my non-drafted dream scenario.

Watson would be above him, but that's just not realistic at this time imo.

I wouldn't go after Golladay unless we get rejected by the better options (like Robinson, Samuel etc.). For me Golladay has a habit of disappearing for stretches.

I'd be surprised if Robinson doesn't reach FA; the Bears have arguably a worse QB situation than us and if you're Robinson why would you not want to test FA and make your money while you can? Pus he'll want to go somewhere that he's not be the only standout receiver, and thus DT'd all the time. Put him opposite Scary and add a good slot (maybe Cam) and we get an instant upgrade in the passing attack, almost regardless of who is QB.

I'd also think Curtis Samuel reaches FA with the situation in Carolina. I'd also go with him over Golladay.

I'd add Corey Davis, Will Fuller and Chris Godwin to the list, but I'd be surprised if they reach FA (though maybe not Fuller given the new rumblings around Watson).

Maybe we should start a specific FA thread to go along with the draft thread?

Sounds like we may have some good options for that WR2 spot.
