No matter how you feel his results speak for themselves and Kyle is well respected around the league as a competent talent evaluator. It would be a bad loss for the org; you can’t have too many people who evaluate talent well.

Again, we will be able to see how this plays down the road. We know who we passed on here.

I mean, I'm sure he's a good guy, and he has a keen eye for talent (blah, blah, blah), but is he really a unicorn in that respect? Aren't there a ton of dudes around the league that can do his job as good or better? Y'all act like he has been the only one in the room when decisions were made - and he was the final decision maker.

I don’t know how long you’ve been a fan, but after 30 fucking years of ineptitude, 3 years of solid drafts, especially the last 2. You don’t have to be blind to see what Smith has done. His mid to lower rounds are better than anyones, his achilles has been the 4th rounders, some of those picks are still to be determined if they’ll pan out. I guess McLaurin, Gibson, Settle, Holcomb, Moreland, Kurl and others are shitty picks? You think Mayhew/Hurney would be able to do that? I highly doubted.
