Looking to purchase one but not sure which way to go. There is a handcrank one that is top of the line but I have a kitchenaid mixer and can get motor attachments for it. Not sure which way I want to go. Were from scratch. hated making those. Biscuits made in house. I know we baked them in house, cant remember if we made the batter. Red beans/rice/mashed potatoes/gravy come frozen in bags then get heated up in water containers.
