Cooked up some turkey bacon today. Crisped up pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised.

Lol. I figured someone would make fun of me. I need to lose some weight. Makes it easier if you can find healthier alternatives to things that you enjoy. It was pretty damn good. I'll own it. :woot:

Any sandwich that you also need a fork to eat all of the excess that falls off, is fine by me. Give me that sandwich, a bottle of hot sauce, and a fork, and it's go time.

Turkey bacon is just awful.

While I’m here, turkey outside of thanksgiving just sucks. I’m trying to find an exception to this obvious rule...I think state fair or outdoor carnival/festival type setting then smoke turkey legs are def crushable and a strong suggestion.

Maybe you make a mistake an get sliced boars heads turkey for sandwiches is ok once, twice a year...but seriously fuck turkey in general.

I generally agree that turkey is a bit overrated but I do love a #7 from Jersey Mike's with pepper relish and jalapeños
